Hand wash your serving piece prior to use.

A coating of Sysco® Supreme Pan Coating or Pam® before use is recommended, as standard operating procedure. This gives it a protective coating and makes it easier to wash.

Always hand wash using a non-abrasive sponge or cloth after each event. Rinse well and dry thoroughly. Never place your serving piece in a dishwasher or soak-sink.

Stacking metal on metal or cutting directly on the surface WILL adversely effect the aluminum.We recommend carving on a wood or plastic surface and transferring your food to the serving piece.We recommend using wooden or plastic serving utensils. CHEFfield Presentation products can be restored to original luster as needed. Complete restoration can be done by your maintenance department or by a local metal polisher. All equipment, supplies and instructions can be obtained from Morris Inc., Chris Morris, 501.268.8188.
